Hi, I’m Erin and I’m so pleased that you’re here!
I am a BANT-registered Nutritional Therapist with a special interest in women’s health. Since my late teens I have been passionate about health, wellness, fitness, and nutrition. In my mid-twenties I decided that this was the area I wanted to work in and began by completing a 200-hour Yoga Instructor qualification, I followed this with a 200-hour Barre Instructor qualification - however it soon became clear to me that I wanted to be able to help people on a deeper level and in a more holistic way.
Simultaneously, I was on my own nutrition journey where I was doing my best to eat in the healthiest way I knew how, but not able to achieve the health goals I was trying to reach. A friend referred me to a nutritionist – and I was blown away by how a lot of what I thought I knew about healthy eating was incorrect, and how she was able to reframe my approach to eating – and help me to reach my goals within a matter of months.
Since then, I have been wholeheartedly pursuing a career in the field of nutrition, with the hope that I can help people (like you!) who are interested in maximising their health and reducing symptoms of poor health. I aim to leave my clients feeling empowered, optimistic, and confident in the knowledge that optimal health is an option for everyone – and it is within your control to achieve it (perhaps with a little guidance from me along the way!).
